For crashpad rentals:

• Since payment is made upon delivery, you can cancel your booking free of charge at any time before delivery
• In case of cancellation, no refund is necessary as no payment has been made
• We encourage you to cancel as soon as possible if you cannot honor your booking

5.4 Responsibility

The user is responsible for the rented equipment throughout the rental period. Any damage or loss must be reported and may result in repair or replacement costs. Climbing Explorer shall not be held liable for accidents or incidents occurring during the use of the rented equipment.
